SALSICCIA

Sausage is made with very fresh meat, finely ground, mixed and then filled and tied. Taste it raw, on a nice slice of Tuscan bread, or charcoaled, roasted, or with beans all'uccelletto, or use it as a base for excellent sauces to dress pasta or polenta.
